FloraOrganics primarily operates as a B2B wholesale supplier. Our core focus is bulk manufacturing and large-volume distribution. Sample dispatch is provided strictly for serious wholesale and business inquiries.

2. Sample Packaging

As we are a wholesale-focused business:

• Samples are generally dispatched in plain, non-branded covers.

• Branded packaging will be provided only upon prior request and may involve additional charges.

• Packaging used for samples may not represent final bulk order packaging standards.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timeline

• Standard sample dispatch time is up to 2 weeks from confirmation.

• This timeline accounts for production schedules and unforeseen operational circumstances.

• Delays caused by logistics partners, holidays, or force majeure conditions are not the responsibility of FloraOrganics.

4. Customized Samples

• Samples requiring customization, private labeling, special formulations, or specific packaging may require additional processing time beyond 2 weeks.

• Timelines will be communicated separately based on complexity.

5. Eligibility & Approval

• FloraOrganics reserves the right to approve or decline sample requests based on business relevance and order potential.

6. Sample Review & Approval Timeline

. Clients are requested to provide feedback or approval within 30 days from the date of sample delivery.
