There are 5 blue zones in the world. These are places which have the maximum number of people living up till the age of 100. Also they are not crippled people. In Fact they are healthy individuals, bustling with energy.

What’s the most common thing across all blue zones?

People living there do not have a concept of retirement which means that they have something to look forward to till the very last day of their lives.

When old people after retirement have nothing to look forward to in life, they start developing depressive tendencies.

If you are living a life where you have no reason to wake up in the morning, nothing that drives or excites you, it does not matter if you are 17 or 70, you can’t get healthy.

Another trend that was common amongst the blue zones was that they relied primarily on a plant based diet.
